SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders ship within 24 hours. Shipping cost will be determined when a shipping address is entered in the checkout. Most packages are shipped by the USPS and sometimes by UPS. If an order has a shipping cost that is less than what is quoted at checkout, I will be happy to refund any amount.

If you live in the California, Missouri area, there is no shipping charge. I would be more than happy to deliver your purchase right to you. If you are outside of the California area and I can deliver easily to you, I will happily refund any shipping cost charged.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I am dedicated to providing my customers with an outstanding product. I want you to be happy, so if for some reason you aren't happy, I will gladly exchange or refund any unused product in it's original condition. Just contact me!
